What is a quick release coupler?
A quick release coupling also called a quick disconnect or quick connect fitting is a coupling used to provide a fast, make-or-break connection of fluid transfer lines. Operated by hand, quick connect fittings replace threaded or flange connections which require wrenches. When equipped with self-sealing valves, quick connect fittings will, upon disconnection, automatically contain any fluid in the line
Flat face connections
Depending on the application the Flat face coupler is the ideal alternative to a high-quality environmental solution. Easy to clean, no spill on connection or disconnection and no air trapped in the system when disconnected.
Connect under pressure
We have a range of couplers including ISO A that can be connected under residual pressure. The couplers have a pressure release mechanism that allows the couplers to be connected by hand.
ISO profiles
Our ISO profiles allow us to offer full interchangeability with other manufacturers that conform to the same standards. Our ISO A, ISO B and ISO 16028 have been designed to conform to the latest international ISO specifications.
Quality materials
Depending on the application and working pressure, couplers are offered in hardened steel, brass, and stainless steel. Other material by request.
